These terms cover your use of raycastlab.com. Playing Arrow Away is covered by the game's own terms, linked at the bottom of this page.

1.Who these terms are between

They are between you and RayCastLab, which operates this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2.Using the site

You may read these pages, link to them, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not:

copy the site or substantial parts of it to present as your own
interfere with the site or try to gain access to systems behind it
use automated tools in a way that disrupts the service for others
use the site for anything unlawful

3.Content and names

The text, layout, code, illustrations and artwork on this site belong to RayCastLab unless stated otherwise. "RayCastLab" and "Arrow Away" are our product and studio names. Nothing on this page grants you a licence to use them.

"Google Play" and "Android" are trademarks of Google LLC; we refer to them only to describe where the game is distributed.

4.No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We put care into keeping it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every statement on it stays current — descriptions of the game in particular change as the game changes.

5.Limits of our liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

6.Links to other sites

Where we link to somewhere else — the Google Play listing, for instance — we do not control that destination and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data. Its own terms and privacy policy apply once you are there.

7.The game has its own terms

Installing and playing Arrow Away, the in-app purchase and the ads are governed by the Arrow Away terms of use, not by this page.

8.Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.

9.Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.
