Arrow Away — Terms of Use
These terms cover playing Arrow Away on Android and the in-app purchase inside it. The raycastlab.com website is covered separately.
Last updated:
1.Who these terms are between
They are between you and RayCastLab, which develops and publishes Arrow Away. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, uninstall the game.
Google Play's own terms also apply to the download and to any purchase, and they are between you and Google.
2.Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Arrow Away on devices you control, for your own entertainment. You do not own the game; we keep all rights in it, including its levels, artwork, sounds and code.
3.What you may not do
Please do not:
- copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or any part of it
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, except where the law expressly allows it
- tamper with saved data, the purchase flow or the ads, or use tools that do
- present the game or its content as your own
Recording or streaming your own play, and writing about the game, are fine and welcome.
4.Ads
The game is free because it shows ads. There is a banner during play and a full-screen ad after some completed levels — never after a level you lost, and never in the middle of a puzzle. Rewarded ads are always something you choose: you watch one only if you want an extra life or an extra hint.
What the ads collect is set out in the privacy policy.
5.The ad removal purchase
Ad removal is a single, one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, and nothing about it expires.
- It switches off the banner and the full-screen ads permanently.
- It does not switch off rewarded ads, because those are optional and give you something in return — if you never tap one, you never see one.
- It is tied to your Google account, so reinstalling the game or moving to a new Android device restores it.
- Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. Refund requests go to Google, not to us — though if something in the game is not working, tell us and we will try to fix it.
The game has no in-game currency, no energy meter and nothing else to buy.
6.Hints, lives and other in-game items
Hints and lives exist only inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought with money, cannot be exchanged for anything outside the game and cannot be transferred to another player.
We may change how they work — how many you hold, how quickly they refill — as we balance the game.
7.Your progress is stored on your device only
There is no account and no cloud save. Everything you have unlocked is kept on the phone you are playing on.
This means that uninstalling the game, clearing its data, or losing or resetting the device will erase your progress, and we have no copy and no way to restore it. If that matters to you, keep this in mind before uninstalling.
8.Updates and availability
We may update the game, change how it plays, add or remove levels and features, or stop distributing it. Where an update changes something significant we will say so in the store listing.
Note that levels are generated by the game itself from a fixed recipe. If we ever change that recipe, a level you had half-finished may not come back exactly as you left it — the game detects this and starts that level fresh rather than restoring a broken board.
9.No warranty
The game is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is free of faults, that it will run on every device, or that it will always be available. We test it, we fix what we find, and we would rather hear about a problem than not.
10.Limits of our liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost game progress, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
11.Ending this agreement
You can end it at any time by uninstalling the game. We may end it if you break these terms in a serious way — in practice, by removing the game's availability to you.
Ending the agreement does not by itself entitle you to a refund of the ad removal purchase; refunds follow Google Play's rules.
12.Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.
