Konquera — Terms of Use
These terms cover playing Konquera, the ads in it and the in-app purchases, on Android and on iOS when it is released. The raycastlab.com website is covered separately.
Last updated:
1.Who these terms are between
They are between you and RayCastLab, which develops and publishes Konquera. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, uninstall the game.
The terms of the store you installed it from — Google Play or the App Store — also apply to the download and to any purchase, and they are between you and the store.
2.Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Konquera on devices you control, for your own entertainment. You do not own the game; we keep all rights in it, including its maps, levels, heroes, artwork, sounds and code.
3.What you may not do
Please do not:
- copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or any part of it
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify it, except where the law expressly allows it
- edit the game's saved data, interfere with the purchase flow or the ads, or use tools, scripts or modified builds that do
- present the game or its content as your own
Recording or streaming your own play, and writing about the game, are fine and welcome.
4.Ads
The game is free because it shows ads. There is a banner during play and a full-screen ad on the way out of the victory screen — never before level 3, never in the first two minutes after launch, never after a loss and never at the start of a level. Rewarded ads are always something you choose: you watch one only if you want the reward it offers.
What the ads collect, and how consent works where it is required, is set out in the privacy policy.
5.In-app purchases
Everything in the game can be earned by playing; purchases are a shortcut, never a requirement. There are two kinds:
- Permanent: No Ads, and the Starter Pack, which includes No Ads. Each is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and nothing about it expires. It switches off the banner and the full-screen ads for good; rewarded ads stay available and their rewards are then paid automatically. It is tied to your store account, so reinstalling or moving to a new device restores it — Restore purchases in settings asks the store to.
- Consumable: gem packs and the time-limited packs (Commander, Conqueror, Weekend and Welcome Back). Their contents are added to your wallet on delivery and can be bought again. A time-limited pack is on sale only while its window is open; the countdown you see is real, and when it reaches zero the pack is gone until its trigger comes round again.
Prices are shown in your store's currency before you confirm. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by the store under its terms — refund requests go to Google or Apple, not to us. If something you bought did not arrive, tell us and we will sort it out.
6.Coins, gems, tokens and tickets
Coins, gems, upgrade tokens, hero shards and Skip'it tickets exist only inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred to another player or device.
We may change how they are earned and what they buy as we balance the game — including through the remote settings described in the privacy policy. Balances you already hold are not taken away by a balance change.
7.Chests and their odds
A chest holds upgrade tokens and one hero card. Which rarity the card is comes from a weighted roll; the weights are fixed and published here, for every chest in the game:
- Region chest (earned by clearing a region): rare 75%, epic 23%, legendary 2%
- Daily chest (day seven of the daily reward cycle): rare 90%, epic 10%
- Diamond chest (100 gems in the shop): rare 50%, epic 42%, legendary 8%
- Legendary chest (from packs and events): always legendary
- The Conqueror Pack's chest is a Diamond chest whose roll cannot land below epic
Two guarantees sit on top of the roll and count across all your chests: if eight chests in a row have held no epic, the ninth holds at least an epic; if forty in a row have held no legendary, the next holds a legendary. A card for a hero you already own is converted into that hero's shards.
8.Offers
The game may show you a purchase offer after a victory. Offers are gated: none during the first four levels, at most two a day, at least 48 hours between offers of the same kind, and none for products you already own. Every offer screen can be closed, and closing it costs nothing.
The countdown on a time-limited pack is the pack's real sales window, measured on your device's clock. The game never shows a fake countdown or a false "only a few left".
9.Your progress is stored on your device only
There is no account and no cloud save. Everything you have unlocked — levels, heroes, upgrades, currency — is kept on the device you are playing on.
This means that uninstalling the game, clearing its data, or losing or resetting the device will erase your progress, and we have no copy and no way to restore it. Purchases of permanent products can be restored through the store; consumables that were already delivered to a lost save cannot.
10.Fair play
Konquera has no online competition, so cheating harms nobody but your own game. Even so, editing saved data or purchase records, or using modified builds, is outside this licence: it breaks these terms, and a save produced that way may stop working after an update without our help.
11.Updates and availability
We may update the game, change how it plays, add or remove maps, levels, heroes and features, adjust its numbers through remote settings, or stop distributing it. Where an update changes something significant we will say so in the store listing.
Some parts of the game need a connection — the ads, the store and the remote settings — and depend on services run by Google or Apple that we do not control. When they are unavailable the game plays on with its built-in values, without ads and without the store.
12.About the maps
The game's maps are drawn from public-domain geographic data and simplified for play. Region shapes, groupings and names are a game abstraction: they are not a statement about any border, territory or political status, and they may differ from official maps. Territories are named after the region or state whose shape they simplify, purely so the map can be read.
13.No warranty
The game is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is free of faults, that it will run on every device, or that it will always be available. We test it, we fix what we find, and we would rather hear about a problem than not.
14.Limits of our liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost game progress or in-game balances, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including the unavailability of a store or advertising service.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
15.Ending this agreement
You can end it at any time by uninstalling the game. We may end it if you break these terms in a serious way — in practice, by removing the game's availability to you.
Ending the agreement does not by itself entitle you to a refund of any purchase; refunds follow the store's rules.
16.Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.
