Arrow Away — Tap Puzzle
It starts with six arrows on a 7×6 board and ends on a 140×140 grid shaped like a leaf. One rule the whole way, and it never gets a second one.

One rule, and everything follows from it
An arrow leaves the board in the direction it points — and only if nothing stands between it and the edge. Tap one with a clear path and it slides off. Tap one that is boxed in and it flashes red and costs you a life.
An arrow is rarely a single cell. It is a line that winds across the board, sometimes for dozens of cells — but only its head, and the cells straight ahead of it, decide whether it can leave.
You get three lives on a board. There is no timer and no move counter, so a level is lost only when you make three real mistakes. Clear every arrow and the board is done.
Nothing between this head and the edge — one tap and the whole line slides off.
Another arrow stands in its path. Tapping this one costs a life; clear the blocker first.
What is in the game
- 1000 levels, and the curve is measured
- Every level is generated, solved and scored before the game ships. If the average difficulty of any slice stops climbing, a test fails the build. Level 1 is six arrows; level 999 takes around 313 taps.
- A board that never stops growing
- From 7×6 to 140×140 — 42 cells to 19,600. The arrows grow with it: late in the game a single arrow can run almost 60 cells across the board.
- No move limit
- The move counter was removed on purpose. It capped how long a board could be, which capped how interesting it could get. Losing is still possible — but only by making three real mistakes.
- Close it mid-board, come back to it
- Your half-cleared board is saved after every tap, down to which arrows already cost you a life — so the same mistake never charges you twice.
- Picture levels every fifth board
- Every fifth level is a silhouette instead of a rectangle: a rocket, a ghost, an umbrella, a crown. A heart waits at level 500, and a leaf closes the game at 1000.
- Ads you can switch off for good
- Full-screen ads appear only after a level you won, never after one you lost, and at most every third level. A single purchase removes them permanently — no subscription, no currency, nothing that expires.
What it looks like
Three screens from the game, straight off a phone.

The start screen remembers where you stopped. When a board is left half-finished the button says Continue instead, and drops you back into that exact board.

A figure level — every fifth board is a silhouette instead of a rectangle. The three hearts are your lives, and 89 is how many arrows are still on the board.

Sound, vibration, theme and language — plus the one-time purchase that switches the ads off for good.
Questions
- What does Arrow Away cost?
- Nothing. The game is free and supported by ads. One optional purchase removes banner and full-screen ads permanently. Rewarded ads stay available after that, because those are always your choice — you watch one only if you want an extra life or an extra hint.
- Can I play without an internet connection?
- Yes. Levels are generated on your device, so every puzzle works offline. Only ads and the 24-hour hint refill need a connection, and the game never makes you wait for an ad to load.
- How do I lose a level?
- By tapping three arrows that cannot leave. There is no timer and no move limit, so nothing else can end a level early. After a loss you can watch a rewarded ad for one more life and pick the board up where it stopped.
- What happens if I close the game in the middle of a level?
- The board comes back exactly as you left it: the arrows you already cleared, your remaining lives, your tap count, and which arrows already cost you a life.
- How do hints work?
- You hold two hints, and they refill 24 hours after they were last topped up. A hint highlights one arrow that can leave right now — it can never walk you into a dead end, because an arrow that becomes free stays free. If you are out, a rewarded ad gives you one more.
- Which devices does it run on?
- Android first. An iOS version is not announced yet — when there is one, it will be listed on this page.
